The 2024 MKI leather collection crafted in NZ Lamb leather with a heavy bubble texture, lined with faux shearling interior. Releasing in 4 boxy fit styles, the capsule continues the brands tradition for leather craft while weaving in new textures and silhouettes.
Sitting alongside the Flight jacket, Bomber Jacket and Vest, is the Patch Varsity. The Patch Varsity, sees the brand revisit Chenille patches in a monochromatic colour pallet.
MKI’s founder and creative director Vik released the first leather collection in 2013 and has since developed many leather pieces, working with different textures of leather, patches, techniques and tanneries to continually elevate the brands cornerstone offering.
The FW24 collection is the culmination of experience and expertise, drawing inspiration from the brand previous Custom Order Sheepskins, and the traditional Varsity designs released throughout the years.
