DUE TO OUR CONTINUED GROWTH, A NEW OPPORTUNITY HAS COME UP IN THE MARKETING TEAM FOR A PAID MEDIA LEAD, WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAY-TO-DAY MANAGEMENT OF PAID DIGITAL MEDIA, INCLUDING SOCIAL, PAID SEARCH AND DISPLAY.
THIS ROLE IS PERFECT FOR A DIGITAL MARKETING CANDIDATE, WITH A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, WHO IS LOOKING FOR THE NEXT STEP IN THEIR CAREER, AND TO WORK INSIDE A LEADING MENSWEAR BRAND.
SITTING WITHIN THE MARKETING DEPARTMENT, THIS ROLE IS 100% DIGITAL FOCUSED AND WILL REPORT INTO THE HEAD OF MARKETING.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
· WORKING CLOSELY WITH THE HEAD OF MARKETING TO DEVELOP AND BUILD THE BRANDS PAID MEDIA ROADMAP, USING ANALYTICS TO BUILD A STRATEGY THAT IS DATA DRIVEN AND HITS KPIS.
· OWNERSHIP OF ALL PAID CAMPAIGNS ACROSS SOCIAL AND GOOGLE PLATFORMS, INCLUDING MANAGEMENT OF TARGETING, BUDGET AND PERFORMANCE, WORKING IN COLLABORATION WITH OUR MARKETING AND CONTENT TEAM.
· CONSTANTLY ANALYSING CAMPAIGNS AND CREATIVE PERFORMANCE, PULLING OUT KEY INSIGHTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS.
· CREATING COMPELLING COPY TO BE USED ACROSS PAID MEDIA CHANNELS.
· UPLOAD AND SCHEDULE OF ALL ORGANIC AND PAID SOCIAL.
· BUDGET MANAGEMENT.
· RESPONSIBLE FOR STAYING UP TO DATE WITH THE LATEST PERFORMANCE MARKETING TRENDS AND BEST PRACTICES AND IMPLEMENT THESE IN CAMPAIGNS.
THE DESIRED CANDIDATE:
· MUST CURRENTLY HOLD A ROLE WITHIN A PAID MEDIA MARKETING TEAM, WITH OVER 3 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, IDEALLY HAVING A BACKGROUND IN FASHION, RETAIL OR THE CREATIVE INDUSTRIES.
· EXPERIENCED AND CONFIDENT IN META, TIKTOK, GOOGLE, & PINTEREST ADVERTISING.
· KNOWLEDGEABLE IN PRODUCING REPORTS ON KEY METRICS, MEASURING ANALYTICS (ON SHOPIFY AND GA4), AND TRACKING PERFORMANCE.
· CONFIDENT AT PRESENTING AND DELIVERING RECOMMENDATIONS TO STAKEHOLDERS AND TEAM MEMBERS.
· ABLE TO MANAGE MULTIPLE TASKS AND PROJECTS SIMULTANEOUSLY, PRIORITISING EFFECTIVELY AND OWNING DELIVERABLES END-TO-END.
